Earlier this year I discovered something obvious about myself. My strength is in R&D and I am good at taking information from various sources to make meaningful outcomes with them.

Over the years I have veered towards topics that relate to the issues in my life and other people's that exist in my life as personal, mutual "life" stakeholders. Here some areas I began to put work in that come to mind:
  • Culinary arts research and implementation (some form of food science, applied material science, and devoted craft and analysis)
  • Cosmetics As Medicine
  • Medical (like ocular, dermatological, etc.)
  • Hair care studies (especially pertaining to tightly coiled hair)
  • Skincare studies (ok, this has been in the past decade)
  • Inter-species Animal Communication and Animal Welfare Studies
  • Personal ethnography in educational disparities as a bigger factor than the traditional conversation of the "hidden curriculum"
  • Visual arts and media

It's been a long time since I created this website and I haven't made a single post. In all the years I've had this site, I have felt like I have needed to aggressively separate my interests and keep them essentially to myself (that's kind of the advice I feel like I've been getting over the years in indirect ways); I just haven't known what to do when it comes to sharing and a good way to do so especially when I don't see opportunities to shine as who I am within common environments (things can be rigid). I tend to have a lot of curiosity and therefore I can really put my mind to something and then it turns into a long-term preoccupation, maybe even a very strong hobby of some sort.
